1. What are the classroom management strategy(ies) that you have observed?
• One of the classroom management tactics I have seen in action is engagement, in which the
instructor uses interactive lessons, conversations, and activities to keep students fully involved.
Additionally, positive reinforcement uses prizes, recognition, and praise to incentivize positive
behavior.
• You can use engagement and positive reinforcement at different points throughout a class. They
can be used at the beginning to draw in participants, during activities to keep them focused, and
at the conclusion to reinforce what they have learned. They can also be used to inspire students
and promote participation in class discussions, group projects, and individual work.
3. What management strategy did the teacher utilize to keep the learning environment safe and
conducive?
• The instructor used a mix of proactive and reactive management techniques, such as creating
routines, cultivating positive relationships, enforcing consequences for misconduct, and swiftly and
fairly resolving problems.

My Analysis
When do you say that a facility aids learning? Cite some instances.
• Computer laboratories facilitate learning by giving users access to technology for multi-
media projects, coding, and research. They help students build their digital literacy and
skills and get ready for the modern workforce. Students can study programming
languages, carry out internet research, and make multimedia presentations, for instance.

My Reflection
1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed/remembered? Why or why not?
• Yes, I would love to teach in that environment! It’s colorful, flexible, and has lots of fun learning
spaces. It feels like a place where students can explore, create, and grow together.
2. If you are the teacher, how can you make the environment more conducive to learning?
• By establishing clear objectives, developing a sense of safety and respect, reducing interruptions,
and encouraging student engagement and collaboration, effective classroom management produces
a conducive environment for learning.
4. If you are to design a learning environment for your would-be students, how will it look like? Illustrate.
• The elementary school is a dynamic place with adjustable chairs, a comfortable reading area,
interactive learning areas, areas dedicated to science and art, technology integration, and an
outdoor playground for all-around education.
