VISION:

PharmaCARE desire to provide safe patient care, high-quality medicines and


pharmaceutical services that would meet the patients’ needs, as well as respect and
effective communication.

MISSION:

PharmaCARE offers high-quality medications to ensure and protect our patients’ safety
and well-being. We believe that quality should always take precedence over quantity.

GOALS:

PharmaCARE strives to achieve and maintain long-term goals by providing the best and
safest medications for patients, as well as a large and sufficient supply of such qualified
and professional pharmacists.

OBJECTIVES:

To ensure that the right medication is available at the right time, in the right dose, and at
the lowest or affordable cost, and to professionalize the operation our pharmaceutical
services both inside and outside the hospital.

BUSINESS OVERVIEW

PharmaCARE, located in Kapitan Pepe, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija is a new


independent retail pharmacy. As someone who have been dreaming of being a qualified
pharmacist and working in the pharmaceutical industry, that is the reason why I created
this company. I confident that with that with my great communication skills, together with
my close monitoring to detail when drafting prescriptions, will assist me in rapidly building
a devoted customer base for my new pharmacy. I have assembled a group of highly
trained specialists to assist me in managing the day-to-day complexity of running a retail
pharmacy, such as marketing, sales, customer service, financial reporting, and
management of operations.

PharmaCARE will target all the residents in the city which Cabanatuan . The pharmacy
will cater to a wide range of age groups, from pediatric to geriatric. PharmaCARE will also
target patients who require regular prescription refills. PharmaCARE will provide the finest
communication, service, and rates to all customers.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

As the owner of PharmaCARE, I will uphold the laws and regulations governing the sale
of our medications. If the laws and regulations governing the sale of medicines are
properly enforced, it can greatly improve our pharmacy practice. In addition, in order to
allocate time per task, we must first identify the areas that require immediate improvement
and then manage any change smoothly. Another thing to remember is that
communication is essential; involve the right people from the start, compile their ideas,
and listen to any concerns. Through these, I believe that it will increase the productivity
of my employees because they will be better equipped and trained to perform better.

PharmaCARE will be able to achieve success by offering the following competitive

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

PharmaCARE is looking for P1,000,000 in loan finance to open its next location. The
funds will be used to secure retail space as well as purchase equipment, inventory, and
supplies. Funding will also be allocated for three months of overhead costs, which will
include staff salary, rent, and marketing expenses. The financing is broken down as
follows:

➢ P250,000 for Pharmacy and Retail space build-out.


➢ P250,000 for equipment, supplies, inventory, and materials.
➢ P200,000 for three months of overhead expenses (payroll, rent, utilities)
➢ P150,000 for Marketing Cost
➢ P150,000 for Working Capital
