Legal and Political Tenets of NATO in the United States under the Global Emergency underway

Re: Faulkner University professor Melvin Otey and Letitia James have been shot numerous
times in the legs (via the use of military guns) by NAVY seal members instructed to protect
Shawn Dexter John from harm.

Legal and Political Tenets (of relation) are as follows:

(1) There shall be no procedure of the United States which shall disqualify North Atlantic
Treaty Organization (“NATO”) provisions and their adherent protocols as disqualified in
addressing the current incursions of Russia and the People's Republic of China,
(2) There shall be no power or policy devised by any Member of NATO which shall reject
NATO’s mandate that all supreme managers of NATO be Afro-Briton (Black British) with
Bermuda their training ground in response to the threats of Russia, Eastern Europe in
general, and factions in the West posed against African immigrants, migrants, and
citizens of Black African descent (especially those of Afro-Caribbean lineage),
(3) There shall be no law or policy devised which shall bar any qualified candidate from
committing to removing Russia from domination in Eastern Europe and from remaining
of any authoritarian or undemocratic mode, model, conduct, or culture though without
committing to the breach of human rights,
(4) There shall be no prerogative of any NATO member government which shall serve to
rival the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (“NATO”) and its treaty charter other than its
articulation and commitment to the United Nations (UN) in motivating perfective conduct
within NATO, that ensuring ethical values, qualities, and procedures in all conduct of
relation,
(5) Any and all laws (and policies) of government shall accept that there shall be no
procedure, protocol, rule, emergency, or interests of any government or people which
require any execution of civilian(s), any assassination of social, political, and/or religious
activist(s), any single or mass murder, any other human rights or war crime violation, or
 any disqualification of a constitutional government serving United Nations (UN) accords
minimally or within standards globally acceptable,
(6) The United States shall establish and maintain a NATO Bureau in New York City after
the re-construction of Manhattan which shall begin in August of 2024 toward developing
New York City into the formal (meaning nominal) capital city of the World, as the capital
of the United Nations World Government which shall be incepted in 2044 with Shawn
Dexter John (myself) elected as the first World President (“President and Commissioner
of the United Nations World Government”) per emergency negotiations,
(7) There shall be no privilege of government or duty of Civil Society (or any other office or
office-holder) or such which shall deny equal rights to all statures and conditions of
humanity within any and all geographic and geopolitical areas addressed (or engaged)
by NATO member(s),
(8) There shall be no denial or contestation provided by any NATO unit or office of any
lawful and ethical measure issued by the administration of NATO (and its management
as the sanctioning force) - only a policy legislature may be evolved toward aiding this
process if legal process is to be refined (perfectively) as it remains true that NATO shall
never serve as a political, economic, or military union of any viable sort, and
(9) The aim of NATO to finally assist the abolition of nuclear warfare will be articulated in
ways detailed consistently in 2026 to 2027 via an international treaty by convention
ratified by the world in general (and affirmed by the UN General Assembly).
