Ensayo

What we seek to do in this essay is to find a synopsis where I am going to relate

the learning process of what has been seen at the time of writing the functions

manual, for which the skills, aptitudes and the competencies of the candidates and

applicants for the positions according to the manual of the functions that are

developed throughout this work, as well as the profile appropriate to the

requirements of the applicants.

Among the new trends in human talent management, it is currently predominated

by what is known within Work Psychology as (Competency Management). Since

this approach can be applied to different aspects of people management within

organizations, in particular, it can be used to analyze the effects of compensation

management on motivation

In this work, the concept of competition will be introduced where the discussion

about the different possibilities of the application will later be presented and

together with the introduction about the different strategies that can improve or

maximize motivation, in order to achieve healthy human growth and organizational.

In particular, this work will focus on the issue of compensation as a motivational

tool.

The World Labor Organization ILO. It defines the term competence as the effective

ability to carry out a fully identified work activity. Labor competence is therefore not

a probability of success in the execution of a job, it is real and demonstrated

capacity. In this work, it is aimed at professionals, businessmen and students of

Industrial Engineering, administration and finance, and provides valuable

information about one of the determining processes in the growth of organizations:

salary compensation.

The management of competencies as identified and demonstrated over time as a

cornerstone of hiring and consequently the achievement of the proposed objectives

within the company since it is a way of receiving knowledge, performing behaviors

and be attitudes since in this way the characteristics that an individual likes are

identified in relation to effective performance or improvement in the job,

demonstrating aspects of self-image and their social position

Carrying out this set of competencies gives added value to the company to create

and implement positions with a competitive and effective sense to guarantee the

achievement of objectives. But for this selection it must be appropriate for each job

position, it must manage the adequate performance of the people who are

identified in the profiles that are required without a doubt, all of this carries with it a

purpose which is the well-being of the organization to make it more productive and

achieve its goals.

It is a set of behaviors that are considered in their entirety, describing that

competence. It is the set of observable behaviors that do not require any type of

deduction or assumption of interpretation.

Therefore, the application of a Human Resources Management system by

Competencies will tend to be logistical and comprehensive, to supervise all the

processes of the Human Resources area, using the competencies as a single

connector.

For all of the above, when considering not only that subjects have knowledge, skills

and attitudes that determine their daily actions, but also that these competencies

allow people's behavior to be more easily measurable, management by

competencies.

It is shown as a tool that allows identifying and enhancing the so-called intellectual

capital, which is understood as the set of distinctive basic competencies of an

intangible nature that allow creating and sustaining competitive advantage,

allowing the aforementioned organizational growth to be generated
