body fit and well. It is also believed to reduce stress levels, improve sleep patterns, reduce risk of heart
disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer.

Exercise also improves mental health and mood regulations. Due to the fitter body, exercise can
make us feel refreshed and happy which can increase our life quality and expectancy.

Parents should moderately supervise their children’s computer and internet use to protect their
children from potential dangers. They might install monitoring software to watch their children activities.

Due to the number of functions of computers, parents cannot stop children from using them. The
