Based on data we gather on the 15 respondents in Barangay Toril

Proper, most of them attended the barangay meeting which is the barangay
engagement activity. We are happy with the feedback about barangay programs
because the 15 respondents knew what are the barangay programs we had and
there are few says about the “DOLE Tupad Program” which is a community-
based package of assistance that provides emergency employment for displaced
workers, underemployed workers, and seasonal workers for a minimum period of
10 days, but not to exceed 90 days, depending on the nature of the work to be
performed.
The most common problem of the barangay is Garbage Disposal and
Garbage Collection; although some areas in Toril has schedule on collecting
garbage per purok but not all purok are accessible to garbage truck. So,
therefore the project that I want to present on the CENRO is having a space to
put up a collection point that is enclosed of bamboo fence so that the dogs and
other animals that can be a cause of littering of the garbage on the road won’t
touch the waste being dumped in that enclosed area. The people in the affected
community/purok can only throw their garbage on the day of the said schedule.
