NOTICE OF RENT INCREMENT

I, C S ADIMALI ESQ, solicitor to your landlord FRIDAY PATRICK
IJEOMA at No. 12 Onyeagba Odorubber Odekpe ogbaru Local
Government Area Anambra State. of Federal Republic of
Nigeria and on his behalf and definite instruction do hereby
formally write to inform you that your house rent has been
increased to N400,000.00 ( FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA
) Only for One Bed Room flat per Annum.
The increase in rent has become necessary at this time because
of the prevalent geometrical inflationary rate in the country as
well as imposition of heavy taxes by the government on
property owners, and the cost of materials in same county.
The said increment shall take effect from 1 st day of January
2025.
I was instructed by your landlord to allow any one who can not
afford the payment as increased to make use one month from
the day his rent expired and look for another apartment and
vacate his premises.
Finally, we regret any hardship and inconvenience this
increment in rent may cause you.
