The Yellow Tea Stall

Everyone has a favorite place where they love to visit. A place that helps them reset and
regenerate energy to go back into their daily struggles. For some people, it might be a trip to the
sea beach or a fancy restaurant of some sort. For me, however, it is the yellow tea stall which is
about 10 minutes far from my house. The yellow tea stall is an easy place for me to turn to & it
never fails to amuse me. At the yellow tea stall, I get to hear all sorts of noises, I get to observe a
variety of things and, I get to smell a very specific scent of the place.
At the yellow tea stall, I get to hear all sorts of noises. It is always full of life as a lot of
people go there and discuss and debate various topics. There is a sound system that always plays
different types of music. Ranging from classical retro tracks to sometimes modern music. There
is also a very specific reoccurring sound of a spoon hitting the cups when the tea is being
prepared.
At the yellow tea stall, I also get to observe a variety of things too. The first thing that
draws my attention is the yellow paint on the walls of the tea stall. That bright and vivid yellow
color truly gives it a distinct look. Inside the tea stall, there is a station built of steel where tea is
made, cups are aligned on one counter, and milk, sugar, and other things are on the opposite
counter. There are cakes, chips, chocolates, and other things to eat stacked on a shelf. There is
also a big yard outside.
The yellow tea stall has a very specific scent to it as well. As tea is being prepared in it
the aroma of tea takes over the room. Some people prefer smoking a cigarette with their cup of
tea and that smoky smell also joins in with the aroma of the tea. Sometimes a strong scent of
coffee takes over when a few people order it.
The upshot of all is that the yellow tea stall always leaves an impact on me. I genuinely
do adore it. Hence it is easily my favorite place. The different sounds that it has, the things I can
see there, and the specific scent of it always somehow amuses me.
