Respected Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we are writing to request a

modification in the document verification schedule for the Junior Engineer
position advertised under Advertisement No. 10/2022.

The current plan schedules document verification for both Assistant Engineer and
Junior Engineer posts on the same day, at two distant locations - Nashik and
Koradi, Nagpur. This poses a considerable logistical challenge for our departmental
candidates due to the 630-kilometer distance between the two cities.

To ensure a fair and practical process, we kindly request rescheduling the Junior
Engineer document verification to 11/09/2023 at Nashik TPS.
