1.0 PURPOSE:
The purpose of this procedure is to define the system for recruiting new employees,
Performance evaluation of all employees and providing the needed training to all levels
of personnel.
2.0 SCOPE:
This procedure is applicable to all employees employed to work at company's works and
also at project sites.

SYSTEM FOR RECRUITMENT OF EMPLOYEES:

5.1 DH Fill up “Requisition for Man Power” Form (F# 24). Discuss Requisition for
requirement of manpower category wise with Director. Manpower
Finalize whether required manpower can be arranged F# 24
from other sites, locally through local sources or from
foreign country.
5.2 MD/GM Inform Project Coordinator and Project-In-Charge, In case Local
manpower has to be arranged from other sites. Inform Newspaper
DGM/
Project-In-Charge in case manpower has to be hired
HRM locally. Inform PSM in case required manpower has to be
arranged from foreign countries.
5.3 PSM/ Contact Local manpower suppliers and select necessary Local
candidates and get approval from the Directors. Fill up the Newspaper
HRM
employee hiring form for appropriate candidates given by
DH the local suppliers and allocate for the project works.
5.5 GM Review the list and shortlist qualified applicants. Arrange List of
personnel interviews of short listed candidates. Discuss applicants
DH/ and finalize grade and salary as per company policy, GM
can entrust the responsibly for interview to some
HRM competent person in the company. Pass on selected
applicants list to PSM or further action.
5.6 HRM / Inform final grade and salary to applicant through agency.
PSM Arrange for the visa and complete other necessary
formalities and arrange for bringing in the selected
applicants.
5.7 PSM On arrival of candidates complete all Labour and
Immigration formalities and send to the concerned DH.
5.8 HRM Provide the newly selected candidate with labour Labour
agreement for his signature; on acceptance provide him Agreement
with the copy. Inform DH on completion of all formalities
for him to make further arrangements.
5.9 DH Fill up “Reporting on Job” form seeking necessary F-22
information from HRM. Send “Reporting on Job” form to
HRM for him to file in employee individual file and send
copy to AM.
5.10 HRM Collect copies of all credentials and file in the Employee
Personnel File.
5.11 DH/QCM/ Conduct induction training (Quality & HSE) for the new F-37A
HSEA/ employees.
HSEO Record the “Effectiveness of Training “ form F-37 and
same to be retain with DH
Revaluate the effectiveness with in a month (if necessary)
