be the major Supplier of clean agent systems to the telecommunications industry.

MGH is the largest supplier of Clean Agent Systems in the Pakistan market. From August 1,
2021 to September 30, 2021, I worked as an intern in the MGH Finance Division with 50 other
employees.

Internship Activities and Reflection On The

Internship
I learned a lot about how to communicate with people in the community who are very different
from me. MGH would benefit from improved communication. Often, the supervisors were
unclear about what they expected from me. At first I was too quiet, but I learned to be bolder and
more confident so that management took my ideas seriously.

Conclusion

“I had a difficult time to work in the MGH industry, but I learned a lot.”
