Management responsibility for 400kV/132kV GIS Substation, Cable and
OHL Works.
-Stakeholder Management (Client, EPC Contractor, Statutory Bodies &

- Progress Monitoring, Cost Control, Change Order Management.
- Progress review and reporting.
Experience - Min 15 Years

Qualification - BE in Electrical & Electronics

Manage the Electrical Engineering portfolio of the Power substations
(400kV/132kV) project including the Technical, HSE and Financial
performance of the projects during design and construction supervision.
The work will involve the site supervision/management of complex
technical works of the Client , alongside the management of customer
interfaces.

- Monitor that construction strictly follows approved design, reporting and

Resident Engineer clearance of non-conformance.

- Planning, organizing, and supervision of engineering and construction
inspection activities

- Do closeout and verification of installed quantities.

Experience - Min 10 Years

Qualification - BE in Electrical Engineering

Manage the Electrical Engineering portfolio of the 132kV Transmission

Lines project including the Technical, HSE and Financial performance of
the projects during design and construction supervision.
The work will involve the site supervision/management of complex
technical works of the Client , alongside the management of customer
interfaces.
- Monitor that construction strictly follows approved design, reporting and

- Planning, organizing, and supervision of engineering and construction
inspection activities

Experience - Min 10 Years
Qualification - BE in Electrical Engineering
 • Design review of CTs & VTs requirement as per decided SLD and their
sizing calculation.
• Design review of PMD (Protection & Metering Diagram) as per client
philosophy and standards.
• Design review of BLD (Block Logic Diagram)
• Relay list review to meet client’s related documents and standards.
• Coordination with CRP builders and scheme drawing review to match
the requirements.
Protection and • Relay setting calculation review.

Commissioning Engineer • Represent client and witness protection testing activities.
• Coordinate with Respective client’s protection staff for approvals and
testing.

Experience - Min 10 Years

Qualification - BE in Electrical Engineering

Assist the Resident Engineer as required in accordance with the

requirements of the project by regular site visits, inspections etc., liaison
with and coordinate with all technical disciplines, attend Site Technical
Coordination Meetings to discuss Contractor(s) submissions, Shop
Drawings and construction related matters, Inspect and monitor the work
done by the contractor(s) to ascertain that work is proceeding in
accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice, ensure
compliance with approved method statements and drawings, layouts etc.,

Substation Electrical Witnessing the site activities and testing, assist the Resident Engineer in
Engineer the carrying out of the final inspection for certification of completion and
handing over of the works and ensure that safety measures on site are
adequate.

Experience - Min 8 Years

Qualification - BE in Electrical Engineering

Manage the Civil Engineering portfolio of the 400kV/132kV Substation

project including the Technical, HSE and Financial performance of the
projects.
The work will involve the site supervision/management of complex
technical works of the Client, alongside the management of customer
interfaces.
Civil Engineer - - Monitor that construction strictly follows approved design, reporting and

Experience - Min 10 Years
Qualification - BE in Civil Engineering

Manage the Civil Engineering portfolio of the 132kV Transmission lines

project including the Technical, HSE and Financial performance of the
7 Civil Engineer- OHL projects.
The work will involve the site supervision/management of complex
technical works of the Client , alongside the management of customer
 interfaces.
- Monitor that construction strictly follows approved design, reporting and
clearance of non-conformance.
- Planning, organizing, and supervision of engineering and construction
inspection activities
- Do closeout and verification of installed quantities.
Experience - Min 10 Years
Qualification - BE in Civil Engineering

To be compliant with the HSE policies and rules established at client

company , by implementing and updating where necessary, procedures,
controls, and measures.
Overall responsibility of advising all applicable HSE legislation and
monitoring compliance.
Manage the performance of HSE activities in line with company
objectives.
Coordinate and perform internal audits (including inspections) As and
where needed
geographically.
Supporting in the audit preparation and execution, validating the report
and taking actions when needed to correct the processes.
Assist in Managing HSE trainings within entity.
Promote Tools & Methods, for H&S Training Programs.
Implement strategies necessary to achieve the results (competence in
8 HSE Officer strategic thinking).
Implementing strong adherence from management and staff to HSE
demands (competence in
leadership).
Use all classic and electronic means of communication to bring about
adherence (competence in communications).
Collate monthly HSE Statistics data from entire projects and monitor HSE
performance to identify areas for improvement.
Manage and develop health safety and environmental, programs by
ensuring a safe environment consistent with regulatory, requirements, and
needs.
Have a Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or similar in nature
15+ years of relevant experience in HSE
Strong analytical skills and have an eye for the detail
Dynamic and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Either NEBOSH/IOSH/IIRSM CERTIFIED
