Description
Individual cooling tubes are held in headers with rubber
seals that allow them to be replaced in the field without
removing the radiator. The cooling tubes are oriented to
allow open passages for dirt and debris to blow through
the core. Highly durable, high value radiator. Excellent
cooling performance.

Customer Application Attachment Location


The best for heavy debris applications. Copper cores
improve cooling efficiency making the Mesabi the best
choice for high ambient temperature environments.

Note
• This is the NO CHARGE radiator for JEL & JNS
serial number prefix machines and is an optional,
higher priced radiator for AMA and MDG serial
number prefix machines.

361-2160 Radiator, 6 FPI

Description
Two large aluminum bar-plate type radiator cooling
cores connected on a common framework. Square
wave fin configuration with 6 fins per inch spacing
provide debris rejection and plugging resistance. This
radiator has demonstrated a durable design and proven
capability with reversing fans with good performance
over a wide range of applications.

Description
This package includes the standard hydraulically driven,
variable demand fan. Fan speed is determined by
cooling requirements, putting more power to the ground
when cooling demand is low. Provides single direction
air flow, from rear to front, with fan mounted in front of
the radiator.

Description
Hydraulically driven, temperature controlled variable demand fan
with additional fan reversing feature to assist in cleaning radiator
during operation in high debris environments. Fan reversing function
occurs automatically without interruption of operation. Reversing
purge cycle can be initiated manually through a switch in the cab, or
automatically through programmable interval and reversing duration
settings. Includes low fan speed operation to lower the minimum fan
speed an additional 200 rpm over the standard fan arrangement to
prevent overcooling in extremely cold environments. Air flows from Attachment Location
rear to front during normal operation and front to rear when
reversing function is active.
Customer Application
This fan arrangement is recommended for coal stockpile and high
debris environments as well as arctic applications where extended
idle times are present.

Description
This no charge offering includes a Donaldson Strata
Tube engine air precleaner and dust ejector. With
exhaust dust ejection, this system is maintenance free.
Up to 95% efficient in removing dust particles from air
before entering air filters. Includes screens to prevent
large debris from entering the Strata Tube Panel.

Description
Includes Sy Klone Optimax Dual Stage turbine engine
precleaner and dust ejector. The first stage removes
large particles, such as sawdust, woodchips, and coal
particles, and the second stage removes small dust and
debris particles. Maintenance free with exhaust
scavenging of second stage. This precleaner package
does not include external large debris screen.

Customer Application
For use in mixed debris applications with more than just
airborne dust. This would typically be a mixture of large
and small particles such as under coal dumps or
woodchip piles. Precleaners stand higher and are
significantly larger on the hood surface.

Description

Description
This package includes the optimal torque divider for
applications with altitudes above 3658 meters ASL
(12,000 feet ASL). The torque converter is matched to
prevent a deeper lug of the engine, allowing improved
engine response and performance when the engine
derates at high altitudes.

Description
This no charge offering includes a high speed engine oil
and powertrain oil change system. Industry standard
quick disconnect oil change receivers are mounted on

Description
High speed engine oil and powertrain oil change
system. Industry standard quick disconnect oil change

level when the ripper is in the lowered position.

373-3724 Undercarriage, Sound

Description
The D11 sound suppression undercarriage is designed
to significantly reduce spectator sound around the
tractor. Major components of this package include
isolated rim track idlers, machined track sprockets,
engine oil pan cover, and insulation material in the
bottom guards. When used in combination with other
sound treatments, total sound reduction of 3.5 dBA is
possible.

Description
The abrasion undercarriage package includes cold
weather idlers, large single flange rollers, roller frames
and recoil systems as well as cold weather bogie pins
(synthetic oil) and seals.

Customer Application
For highly abrasive applications with cold ambient
temperatures, generally below 0ºC (32ºF). Good choice Attachment Location

Description
Includes one standard roller per side of tractor. These
rollers support the track, which requires less recoil
adjustment and reduces track slap during directional
shifting. They allow users to run track at lower tension
levels to promote increased bushing life. They also work
track joints when they are in a low load state to improve
lube distribution.

This package will improve bushing life in applications
requiring a level or an uphill push. Carrier rollers are not
required but many users like them because less recoil
adjustment is required to get proper track tension and
they prevent track from contacting the top of the roller
frame if the track is very loose.

Description
Includes one cold weather roller per side of tractor.
These rollers support the track, which requires less

These 710mm ES ARM shoes are designed for high
impact applications that do not require high floatation.

375-5937 Track 710mm ES Trap

Description
Extreme service (ES) shoes (28” / 710mm) with
trapezoidal holes and a single tooth master link with
coarse thread bolts.

Customer Application
These 710mm ES shoes are designed for
moderate/high impact applications that do not require
high floatation. They perform well in loose material Attachment Location
where packing is a problem, the trapezoidal-hole-
punched shoes reduce extrudable packing between the
shoe and the bushing since the holes allow the sprocket
to punch out dirt and debris. Trapezoidal shoes are
recommended for applications where debris tends to
pack in the track causing the track to tighten and
accelerate bushing wear.

Description
