Sub: Resignation from my post due to late receiving of salary.

Dear Sir,

Due to late receiving of my salary from past two months my economical condition get worse. For that
reason , I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my post of tool room eng. &
development , in METAI DYNE AUTO PVT LTD. With effect from 12th Feb 2024.

This decision was not an easy one , and involved many days and hours of thoughtful consideration,
particularly with respect to my own plans for my future. I’m leaving this company with no animosity or ill
will and wish you and your company continued success.

My main thoughts now are to work as hard as possible to wrap up my affairs here and turn over my
responsibilities as you direct. If there is anything I can do in aiding a smooth transition of responsibilities
please let me know.
