wrt dimensions, material, special requirements.

 Knowledge of New Tool Development process of Sheet Metal.

 Having knowledge of tool development, tool design review and basic concept of tooling.
 Knowledge of tools, Jigs & Fixture, Panels Checkers and parts.
 Knowledge of part inspection, criticality of part, profiles as per fitments.
 Good knowledge of press in respect of parts, volume, tool and other machines and facilities
involved in part and tool development.
 Knowledge of raw material grades specification & uses and properties of raw material.
 Cost reduction and VA/VE analysis.
