BASE OF SIDES

Ss into first st of previous round, turn.
round 1 (rs) 1ch (does not count as st), ss in blo of each st
around, ss into first ss, turn. 64 [80] ss.
round 2 (ws) 1ch, 1dc (sc) over the top of each ss into both
loops of last round of base, ss to top of first st, do NOT turn.

You will now be working the sides of the basket from the
inside in a continual spiral. If it is easier, work the basket inside
out, and turn it the right way around on completion.

SIDES
Both sizes
round 1 (ws) 1ch, 1dc (sc) in each st to end, do not join.
round 2 pm in first st, continuing to work in a spiral and
moving marker up as you work, 1dc (sc) in each st to end.
rounds 3 - 10[20] As round 2.

Medium size only

Continue to work in A throughout.

Large size only

Change to C and change back to B to work each bbl st.
