WRITING
I would like to stay at the Plaza Hotel. My favorite is taking
a lot of beautiful pictures and I chose the Plaza Hotel,
which has a beautiful fountain, near shopping mall and is a
famous location in many popular movies and books. It has
many good services. For example: 24-hour room service,
spa and health club,… But only one reason I don’t like this,
this is staff’s attention. They missed some my notes about
my room. I felt so bad, so I complained to the customer
service department. I hope the Plaza Hotel gets much
better when I come back.
