PRE-ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :

This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this _______ day of

__________________, 2023, by and between:
____________________, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
____________________, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY;

- and -

____________________,
James Patrick Torres of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
____________________,
Buru-un, Iligan City Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTY.

Witnesseth, THAT :

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is a licensed real estate practitioner,

and
as is affiliated with Leuterio Realty and Brokerage/Filipino Homes
a Team Leader.

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY wishes to engage or is engaged

in real service.
WHEREAS, the desires to market or sell real estate products and
services under the brand of Filipino Homes.
WHEREAS, the PARTIES agree to work on a beneficial
relationship for the practice of real estate service under the Team of
the FIRST PARTY.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and

of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties have agreed
as follows :

1. The FIRST PARTY shall endorse the engagement of the SECOND

PARTY to the office of Leuterio Realty and Brokerage/Filipino
Homes.

2. The SECOND PARTY shall submit the necessary documents to

qualify as a salespersons/broker.
3. The SECOND PARTY shall obtain the necessary permits, licenses,
registrations, or accreditations with the proper government
agencies.

 4. The SECOND PARTY shall be assigned to a registered and
licensed broker, and shall be allowed to practice his/her
profession only after acquisition of a valid accreditation(s).

5. It is understood that no employer-employee relationship exists

or is created pursuant to this agreement between the FIRST
PARTY and the SECOND PARTY, or that with Leuterio Realty and
Brokerage/Filipino Homes.
6. The SECOND PARTY shall be bound to respect and abide the
rules and policies of Leuterio Realty and Brokerage/Filipino
Homes.

7.Upon successful completion of the conditions and

requirements, the SECOND PARTY shall sign the engagement
contract with Leuterio Realty and Brokerage/Filipino Homes.

8. The FIRST PARTY shall have the right to unilaterally cancel this
agreement by reason of failure to qualify by the SECOND
PARTY, unreasonable delay in complying with the requirements,
breach of agreement, or any such other reasonable grounds
as the circumstances may warrant.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their
