As the meeting started at exactly 1:00 p.m.

at the 4Ps Agri Livestock Association,

Brgy. Taguite Lawaan Eastern Samar. Opening prayer was led by Mrs. Francie E.
Gabornes followed by singing of the national anthem conducted by Mrs. Rosario C.
Base presented the agenda for the Organizational meeting follows:

CREATION OF ASSOCIATION
I. Purpose for the Creation of Association
a) To promote sustainable agro-based strategies in order to improve the livelihood
of rural poor people in general and resource poor farmers in particular.

b) To generate more wealth in the hands of small and poor agricultural skills and
capacitate and by demonstrating ways in which they can manage their faces.

c) Livestock help on food supply, family nutrition, family income, asset saving, soil
productivity, livelihood transport agricultural traction, agricultural production,
family and community employment and social status.

d) To reduce poverty and inequality by generating employment among poor

household members and moving highly vulnerable households into sustainable
livelihood and toward economic stability.

II. Election of Officers

The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Rosario C. Base designated temporary
presiding officer. The presiding officer acknowledge the presence of all who are in
attendance. On motion Mrs. Rizalyn E. Peñalosa duly seconded by Mrs. Norma D.
Dagami it was agreed that formal organization of 4Ps Agri Livestock Association (4Ps
ALSA) be established and it need the election of officers.
Opened by Mrs. Rizalyn E. Peñalosa and seconded by Norma D. Dagami, and
the table is open for nominations for President. Rosario C. Base is nominated by
Maricar G. Sabulao for President, Rubely Mendros was also nominated for president,
and the nomination was closed by Elena D. Baldecañas, likewise seconded by Nora G.
Gamalo, Rosario C. Base got 12 votes, and Rubely Mendros got 9 votes, therefore,
Rosario C. Base, who got the highest votes, became the president of the 4Ps ALSA.
In the nomination of the vice president, Maricar G. Sabulao was nominated by
Robena N. Yanos and Ariel G. Centilas was also nominates by Lito E. Alcaraz. The
nomination was then closed and seconded by Lanie M. Deñado. Maricar G. Sabulao got
17 votes, while Ariel G. Centillas got only 4 votes. Therefore, Maricar G. Sabulao was
the Vice-President of 4Ps ALSA Organization. After the nomination of the vice-
president, the nomination for secretary followed. Robena N. Yanos was nominated by
Alison T. Alcaraz, and Netchel D. Deñado was also nominated for secretary.
The nomination was closed by Joseph E. Alquisola and seconded by Marcelo E.
Alcaraz. Robena got 15 votes while Netchel got 6 votes. Therefore, Robena N. Yanos is
the secretary. The nomination for treasurer then followed, Rizalyn E. Peñalosa was
ominated by Francie Gabornes, and the second nomination is Rubely Mendros,
nominated by Praxedes Pajarilla. Nomination was then closed and seconded by
Rosario C. Base. Rizalyn E. Peñalosa got 15 votes, while Rubely Mendros got 6 votes.
Therefore Rizalyn E. Peñalosa is the treasurer.
 After the nomination of the treasurer, the nomination for Auditor was followed by
Netchel Deñado was nominated by Norma D. Dagami. Norma D. Dagami was also
nominated by Romeo G. Gamalo. The nomination was closed and seconded by Rizalyn
E. Peñalosa. Netchel Deñado got 18 votes while Norma D. Dagami got 14 votes. So the
two of them won and became the auditors.
The next morning, which was the nomination for business manager, Francie E.
Gabornes was nominated by Alison T. Alcaraz and Estilita N. Octa was also nominated
by Lanie M. Deñado. The nomination was then closed and seconded by Robena N.
Yanos. Francie Gabornes got 11 votes while Estilita Octa got 10 votes. Francie E.
Gabornes then became the business manager.
For the P.I.O., Nora G. Gamaloand Lito E. Alcaraz was nominated by Julie
Dagami. The nomination was closed and seconded by Maricar Sabulao. Lito E. Alcaraz
got 7 votes. While Nora G. Gamalo got 14 votes. Therefore, Nora G. Gamalo is the
P.I.O.
For the last nomination, which is the bookkeeper Jose G. Sabulao was
nominated by Rizalyn E. Peñalosa and Nestor Aliposa were also nominated by Jovita D.
Deñado. The nomination was then closed by Rosario C. Base. Nestor Aliposa got 8
votes while Jose G. Sabulao got 13 votes. Therefore, Jose G. Sabulao was the
bookkeeper.
III. Adoption/Ratification of Constitution and By – Laws

After the election of officers, the president emphasized on the need to have the
association registered in order to acquire legal personality and transact business with
the support of accrediting agencies, including the local government unit. After the
presentation and discussion of the Constitution and By – Laws, Nora G. Gamalo
moved for its ratification, adoption and approval. This was seconded by Estilita Octa
and Rizalyn E. Peñalosa. There being no objection and further comments whatsoever,
the chair declared the CONSTITUTION AND BY – LAWS OF 4PS AGRI LIVESTOCK
ASSOCIATION (4Ps ALSA) approved.
There being no more business to be transacted, the meeting was adjourned at
exactly 4:45 in the afternoon.
