Purpose of Laboratory Examination:

To Determine Whether or Not The Specimen Marked As “ NJA-1” and “NJA-2 “ were fired
From the Above Mentioned Firearm Marked As “NJA”

Findings:
Microscopic Examination and Comparison of Specimen marked as “NJA-1” and “NJA-2” revealed
the same individual characteristics with the above mentioned firearms marked as “NJA”

Conclusion:
The Specimen marked as “NJA-1” and “NJA-2: were fired from the above mentioned firearm
marked As “NJA”

Remarks:
The original copy of this report and the specimen submitted are retained in this laboratory for
future reference.

• A video of the incident became viral on social media that revived public outcry for the reimposition
of the death penalty.

• Paniqui police chief Lt. Colonel Ronel Rombaoa said a heated argument ensued between Anthony
Gregorio, 25, and Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca, 46, who was annoyed by the noise of
former's "boga,” an improvised canon made of PVC pipe around 5:10 PM on Sunday.

• Rombaoa said the heated altercation escalated when both brought out their long standing grudge
over their property's right of way.

• The viral video showed Sonya Gregorio, 52, pacifying her son when Nuezca's minor daughter
interfered and shouted at her.

• The next scene showed Nuezca shot the old woman when she shouted back at his daughter.

• Nuezca shot Anthony next.

• Nuezca pumped another bullet at the old woman who was already slumped with her son before he
fled aboard his motorcycle, the video showed.

• Nuezca who was later found to be a member of the Parañaque City Police Crime Laboratory,
surrendered to his colleagues at the Rosales, Pangasinan Police Station with his 9mm service pistol
used in killing the Gregorios, said Rombaoa.
