Dear Secretary Singson:

May I express my sincere gratitude for the road right of way (RROW) project
amounting to Eighty Million pesos (Php 80,000,000.00) under the FY 2015 General
Appropriations Act for the Second District of Cavite (please see attached letter).

Unfortunately, my district is in dire need for a RROW budget amounting to Thiry Five
Million Pesos (Php 35,000,000.00) for the Zapote River Revetment for barangays
Aniban, 1, Aniban 3 and Zapote 3 in the City of Bacoor. I fervently hope that you could
include this at the 2016 GAA for the immediate facilitation of the project that has been
on-going already but is experiencing undue delays.

Thank you very much for your continued support to the programs and projects in the
Second District of Cavite.
