most work as your sending the buying messages to the
bank that you want to a mortgage.

•Take screen shots of every page


– You need to have an iPhone for the banking app checks.
– You will also need to log in to internet banking from a PC
or your mobile web browser. (We prefer a PC if possible)
•Hide any personal that you want hidden as shown on the
next page.

DAY 1

Preparation

• Please use the same email address and mobile phone number for internet
banking as you use in your Google account. This makes is easier for the bank
to do marketing to you.

• Please ensure before you start the process that your opted in for all
marketing, give consent for data processing and have accepted mobile push
notifications. There maybe a marketing preference center where you can
complete this. Screen Shots Needed.

Day 1

IMPORTANT: Please screen shot all pages and add them to PowerPoint or a Word document
The Process:
1. Login.
2. Opt-in in to all marketing. (You may need to navigate to a marketing preference settings page)
3. Browse and only browse mortgage content.
4. Use mortgage calculators, get quotes & save quotes. (You’re sending a clear signal that you’re an
existing customer that’s interested in a mortgage)
5. You can stop the online mortgage buy process just before a credit check is conducted.
6. Login again browse the bank balance overview, main page & any offer/rewards pages. Look for any
mortgage related content.
