Spear DT-20

• DT20 is a portable temperature measuring spear

in 2,0- or 3,0-meter length with an LED display for
temperature control. DT20 series ideal for use in
unlit storage areas. DT20 has one temperature
sensor in the spear tip.

• Grain will be very warm post-harvest and this is

ideal for insect breeding and biological activity.
Grain is a very good insulator and loses heat very
slowly. DT20 is ideal for a quick test of the
temperature in the grain.

• The Bag Sample Spear is design for taking a sample from bags, Powder, grain, and
samples in pharma areas. It is made of stainless steel AISI 304/304L. It can be
inserted easily and deeply thanks to its fine and sharp tip so as to take a sample. It
can collect a small or a large quantity, thanks to its cover (non-slip heat shrink tube
Polyolefin Material) at its end, the sampler cannot slip out of the hand. The spear
can be filled directly into the sampling bag from the outlet end as it has a sturdy
clip Fastened around.

• It is packaged in a resistant and convenient cover for user safety.

Certified reference materials (CRM)
• Standard grain samples (CRM) are one of the most important elements of the system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements, as a means of transferring a unit of
measurement to its other elements - from a primary standard to a secondary one, etc.
• Control samples of cereal grain, oilseeds and feed products are a key link in ensuring metrological traceability, reliability and comparability of the results of express analyzes.

• Standard (reference) samples are widely used to control the accuracy of measurement results, calibration, verification, calibration of measuring instruments (infrared grain
analyzers, moisture meters), control of metrological characteristics during testing (including for the purpose of type approval), validation of measurement methods, in the
evaluation laboratory qualifications.

• The use of standard samples to establish the metrological traceability of the results of measurements of grain quality parameters (in particular, for protein, fat, moisture,
gluten, falling number, hectoliter, starch, whiteness, falling number), the comparability of results in laboratories can hardly be overestimated.

• The correct choice of control samples is the foundation and guarantee of an objective assessment of the quality of the results obtained.

• An error at the stage of choosing standard samples of grain, seeds (wheat, sunflower, barley, soybeans, rapeseed), cake and meal will lead to a negative economic effect (if
the laboratory device is incorrectly calibrated ) when the difference is only 1% for a large batch lead to significant financial losses.

• That is why it is very important how:

- competent manufacturer of control samples of grain (including equipment, personnel, management);
- both periodicity and compliance with the methodology were observed when calibrating IR analyzers using standard grain samples;
- whether the storage conditions of the reference samples meet the normative - before and after opening the vacuum bag;
- the nomenclature of our CRM samples of grain crops is sufficient for the normal functioning of the system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements in the framework of
laboratories for the analysis of grain quality. Our company is engaged in the creation of reference samples of grain crops with various indicators.

• Each CRM sample is accompanied by an individual certificate, which contains all the information necessary for its proper use and storage.

Hygrometer Superpro Combi
