• The Bag Sample Spear is design for taking a sample from bags, Powder, grain, and
samples in pharma areas. It is made of stainless steel AISI 304/304L. It can be
inserted easily and deeply thanks to its fine and sharp tip so as to take a sample. It
can collect a small or a large quantity, thanks to its cover (non-slip heat shrink tube
Polyolefin Material) at its end, the sampler cannot slip out of the hand. The spear
can be filled directly into the sampling bag from the outlet end as it has a sturdy
clip Fastened around.
• Standard (reference) samples are widely used to control the accuracy of measurement results, calibration, verification, calibration of measuring instruments (infrared grain
analyzers, moisture meters), control of metrological characteristics during testing (including for the purpose of type approval), validation of measurement methods, in the
evaluation laboratory qualifications.
• The use of standard samples to establish the metrological traceability of the results of measurements of grain quality parameters (in particular, for protein, fat, moisture,
gluten, falling number, hectoliter, starch, whiteness, falling number), the comparability of results in laboratories can hardly be overestimated.
• The correct choice of control samples is the foundation and guarantee of an objective assessment of the quality of the results obtained.
• An error at the stage of choosing standard samples of grain, seeds (wheat, sunflower, barley, soybeans, rapeseed), cake and meal will lead to a negative economic effect (if
the laboratory device is incorrectly calibrated ) when the difference is only 1% for a large batch lead to significant financial losses.
• Each CRM sample is accompanied by an individual certificate, which contains all the information necessary for its proper use and storage.
