Greetings!

On behalf of my client, MS. JHONAMAE LIBRES GIL, we wish to file a criminal complaint
against MS. JONI ANGELEI MIRANDA, a resident of 919 Dr. TS Kintanar Street, Canbanua,
Argao, Cebu, for the crimes of (a) Estafa under Article 315 (1) of the Revised Penal Code, (b)
Violation against Section 4 (c) (4) of RA 10175 or The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, (c)
Intriguing against honor under Article 364 of the Revised Penal Code with claims of damages
under Article 2217 and 2199 of the Civil Code of the Philippines .

The facts and circumstances of the offenses are laid down in the Complaint - Judicial Affidavit
of JHONAMAE LIBRES GIL and other supporting documents for your appropriate and prompt
perusal.

With all the attendant circumstances, we request for the immediate preliminary investigation of
the above Respondent and we pray that an Information will be filed against respondent for the
cited violations.
