Knowledge of types of permit & operations related to them and CAIRN campaigns.
Prepare, maintain and Mobilization SWT equipment to site.
Done maintenance of Gate valves of choke manifold, Wilden pump, Ball valves of diverter manifold,
replaced needle valves of data header, Done Greasing in Choke manifold, SSV etc. with pneumatic and
Hand grease gun. Done Buffing, painting and Pressure testing of SWT lines & equipment.
Demonstrate ability to complete process of Rigging Up and Rigging Down of high pressure and low-
pressure Pipes 3” 1502, 3” 602 as per P & ID operations
Handling of flow back (with low API crude (22 API) through surge tank supported by chemical injection)
operations in exploration wells including post & pre fracturing, Acid stimulation Perforation, Milling, SMS
Pack and Well bore clean out (WBCO) with & without CT as well as pumping unit.
Flow back with SRP, JP And N2 assisted.
Operate a range of Well Flow head and Flow back equipment like- Choke manifold, Indirect Heater, Tank,
KOD, Air Compressor, DG, All types of pumps(Chemical injection, air operated diaphragm, C-pump), SSV
with ESD System, Storage tank, Oil transfer pumps, diesel transfer pump, Gauge tank, 3-WMF, 5-WMF, LCV
& PCV etc.
Sampling and analysis like BS&W, Salinity, pH, Calculation the rate of Oil and Gas, SG of Oil, SG of Gas and
Gas measurement through various instruments.
Measurement of Oil rate and Water rate through the Surge Tank. Monitor tanks to assure proper measures
are in place.
Repair and testing of VFD, HI &LOW Alarm, Digital gauge, DG,
Knowledge of all type circuit barker and uses (ELCB, MCB, MCCB, RCCB, VFD, A-meter, V-meter)
Repair Wiring Systems, Electrical Conduit, and Related Equipment.
Separately Handling sand management equipments debris catcher (plug catcher), sand trap, sand
filter and thunder box.
