In my role as a freelancer I mainly dabbled in video editing, social media management, and virtual

assistance. I have handled clients from across industries and from all over the world - from managing
their social media platforms, to editing their YouTube videos or a promotional video for their business, to
creating Social Media Campaigns, graphics, and captions to boost their business' social media presence
and increase traffic to their pages and websites. I also did general virtual assistant tasks, such as email and
calendar management, data entry, product listing, etc.

In my role as a Sales Associate / Call Center Agent for VXI Global Solutions, I have grown accustomed
to providing service for my customers, whether it be technical or about their bill. I have also consistently
outperformed my peers in Sales, landing my spot as one of the Top Agents for the account itself.

The role also enhanced my data entry skills as calls and sales all needed to be documented to perfection.

My role as a service crew for FOODAH Meals Express consisted of me greeting customers as they come
in, allowing me to develop and enhance my communication skills with people. Additionally, I also served
an overall waiter and cook, helping to prepare the customers' orders and serving it to them.
