REGISTRATION MECHANICS
1. To join the 3K Run Category, participants must purchase a minimum of 299.00 worth of Biggs Food
including any of our existing healthy meal offering (South Western Salad, Nena's Harvest, Sizzling Tofu).

2. To join the 5K Run Category, participants must purchase a minimum of 399.00 worth of Biggs Food
including any of our existing healthy meal offering (South Western Salad, Nena's Harvest, Sizzling Tofu).

3. To join the 10K & 21K Run Category, participants must purchase a minimum of 999.00 worth of Biggs
Food including any of our existing healthy meal offering (South Western Salad, Nena's Harvest, Sizzling
Tofu).
ADDITIONAL FEE:
3KM Category
Tier 1 - Food purchase worth 299 plus Php 100.00

5KM Category
Tier 1 - Food purchase worth 399 plus Php 100.00

10KM Category
Tier 1 - Food purchase worth 999 plus Php 100.00
Tier 2 - Food purchase worth 999 plus Php 200.00

21KM Category
Tier 1 - Food purchase worth 999 plus Php 300.00
Tier 2 - Food purchase worth 999 plus Php 500.00

4. If the total purchase amount reaches the minimum amount necessary for registration, the runner
qualifies, regardless of any discounts applied during the transaction.

5. One receipt per registrant only.

6. Customers must scan the QR Code provided in any BIGGS Branch to pre – register for the event. They
will be redirected to fill out this form: https://form.jotform.com/240230625888459.
Note: Please don’t forget to upload your receipt for validation purposes.

7. Once they have pre-registered, the HelixPay Team will check all submissions. Then, a payment link with
voucher codes - https://met.helixpay.ph/products/gobigg-wellness-run-2024 will be sent out.

8. Attendees will receive the registration link through Email, and they can register from there.
Confirmation of registration will be sent out within 24 hours after submission.

9. Participants are encouraged to wear the BIGGS Made It Socks.

10. Forty (40) pesos fee will be charged as admin fee during the online registration.

RACE RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. 10K and 21K Participants must be 18 years old and above. A waiver with parents’ consent form shall
be required for participants below 18 years old during the race kit claiming.
2. Participants must be at the starting line 30 minutes before the gun start.
3. Race bib must be always worn in front during the race.
4. The organizers decision is final.
HYDRATION AND FIRST AID STATIONS
* Drinking water will be provided at the designated hydration stations.
* Medical Aid will be available at certain points along the way and at the finish line.
