Meal Plan by:

2 spoon-soaked wheat
Mng: 7 am
2 Idli +coconut chutney with
no seasoning
Breakfast: 8am
250 gm boiled
coriander+250gm boiled
tomato juice +lemon
Metabolism booster 2 lt
Added with leveled 1 sp
bottle of water
cinnamon 1 sp ginger 1 sp
turmeric (add in boiled water)
4sp sattu diluted in 1 glass
water (add salt or 1 sp sugar)
Lunch 1 pm
2 big Onion salad +lemon
1/2 cup of mixed dry fruits
Evng 4-5 pm and roasted seeds

1/2 n hour later 3 lemons


lemonade with chopped mint
leaves and curry leaves

300 gm salad+2lemon
Dinner 50gm raw cooked khichdi
Nothing after 7pm except water (mixed dal+ rice)

Bedtime
RECOMMENDED DAILY ROUTINE:

1: EXERCISE/WALKING 30 MINUTES

2: REMAIN HYDRATED TAKE


ATLEAST 10 GLASSES OF LIQUID IN A
WHOLE DAY

3: AVOID TRANSFAT AND PACKAGED


FOODS

4: AVOID MICROWAVE COOKING,


PLASTICS, ALUMINIUM & NONSTICK
UTENSILS.
