1 glass of water

2. 2 glasses of lukewarm

3. Overnight soaked

4. 30 minutes in sunlight

5. 30-minute walk

Breakfast: 8am
For seven days eat different
fruits every day

Metabolism booster 1 sp cumin powder with 1


glass of lukewarm water
1. Salad in gm= ur weight in

Lunch 1 pm roasted
