Dear Naveen Singh,

We are delighted to offer you the position of Steward in Hotel Parkk Boutique Jodhpur Rajasthan on the
basis of recently conducted interview with you. You are directed to join us on 01- Dec 2023 on the below
mentioned terms and conditions.

1. You will be mandatorily being in uniform during duty hours.

2. You need to be punctual and on time during your tenure with us.
3. You will be entitled for leaves as per company policies.
4. Your place of joining subjected to be changed whenever required.
5. You will be subjected to follow company’s rules and regulations.
6. You need to give 1 month notice period if you want to resign or leave company.
7. Misconduct or inefficiency can lead to termination without prior notice
8. Overtime will be paid as per company policy

You will get monthly consolidated salary of 8000/- CTC (Rupees eight Thousand only) plus overtime if
applicable having said that 2000/-(Two Thousand Only) will be deducted towards food, accommodation
and travel and you will get net salary of 6000/- (six Thousand Only) in our account.
During your tenure you will be on probation period of six months after your probation period you will
be entitled for other benefits if found satisfactory.
You need to provide all your testimonials’ original and hard copies with photographs at the time of
joining.
