HUSEINALI DOSSA aged78 years, residing at Highland Court, A-401,
Bazar Road, Bandra(West), Mumbai – 400 050, Pan No.AYKPD3138L, do
hereby on this28thday of June, 2018 SEND GREETINGS.

WHEREAS I intend to purchase a Flat at Kalpataru, Building No.346, Phase-


3, 13th floor, Flat No.1301, Mira Road(East), Pin – 401 017 in the joint name
of my husband SHRI. HUSEINALI DOSSA, AGE:76, SON ABIDALI
HUSEINALI DOSSA, AGE:45 AND MY DAUGHTER IN LAW MRS.
LAILA ABIDALI DOSSA, AGE 43.
AND WHEREAS I am unable to attend to manage the affairs and all activities
pertaining to my said immovable property due to moving abroad for work
purpose, and hence I am desirous of appointing my Son, MR. ABIDALI
HUSEINALI DOSSA, age 45 years residing atA-604, Spring Rose, Jangid
Enclave, Spring Rose, Kanakia Road, Opp: Laxmi Park, Mira Road(E) - 401
107, Pan No.AFMPD5975Q, to be my true and lawful attorney to sign the
Agreement for sale before the Sub-Registrar. I do hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint without any consideration MR. ABIDALI
HUSEINALI DOSSA, Indian Inhabitant of as my lawful Attorney and to
do all and very following amongst other acts, deeds, matters and things viz.

1. To sign the Sale Agreement of the above property situated at


Kalpataru, Building No.346, Phase-3, 13th floor, Flat No.1301, Mira
Road(East), Pin – 401 017.

2. To obtain certified copy of the Property mentioned herein above from


the office of the Registrar.

3. To look after the said property and to upkeep and maintain the same
and to deal with the said property.

4. I do hereby authorize my said Attorney to enter into all negotiations


and compromise with any other person of any nature whatsoever
pertaining to the said property and to sign and writing letter, Sale
Agreement etc. Which any said Attorney may deem fit and proper and
to execute all and every receipts and discharge for the purchase of the
said property.

This power of Attorney is given without any consideration.
