Supervisor, Iba District, Schools Division of Zambales, the herein approved
project proposal entitled, “2022 District Training Workshop on Research
Writing” provided that:
1. it shall be well coordinated with the concerned personnel;
2. school heads are expected to make the necessary adjustments to ensure
that instructional tasks/functions of teacher-participants shall continue
despite their attendance and participation in this activity, as stated in DO
9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on Task
and Ensuring Compliance Therewith;
3. projected expenses are not excessive or involve minimum expenditure;
4. [remove if not outside Zambales] participants must secure signed travel
authority, as stated in DO 46, s. 2022 entitled Omnibus Travel Guidelines
for All Personnel of the Department of Education;
5. in-person participants are required to bring proof of their vaccination;
6. organizers/program owners shall be responsible to ensure compliance with
physical distancing and health protocols, as well as the overall safety of all
the participants; and
7. an accomplishment report together with the activity outputs shall be
submitted to this Office after the conduct of the activity.
