‫نتقدم اليكم بالمالحظات الخاصة بمطابقة مخططات أنظمة اإلنذار والوقاية من الحريق حسب المخططات المعتمدة والمالحظات‬
‫ ـ‬:‫كالتالي‬
‫ ـ‬:‫ مطابقة السالمة المعمارية‬
The stairs were not enclosed fire fire-rated doors 1
All fire-rated doors must be installed on-site as per the approved drawing 2
Assembly point on the site on installed 3
Stairs enclosed with gypsum board in the basement must be fire-rated as per the approved 4
drawing
The security room in the basement must be removed. 5

The fire alarm panel location was changed inside the kitchen room is not accepted must 1
change the location as per the approved drawing
The manual call point on the ground floor location must be as per the approved drawing 2
Manual call points and bells on the first and second floors missing. 3
The ground floor meeting room detector was not completely covered. 4
No electricity was supplied for co-panel 5
All detector covers must be removed. 6
Emergency lights were not connected to the electricity & missing emergency lights must 7
install
Due to architectural partitions, the fire alarm detectors must be installed in missing rooms 8

Firefighting two sprinkler lines missing in the basement floor 1
The ventilation system duct design did not match with site installation duct and fan location 2
must submit as-built drawing.
The ventilation system must be connected to the fire alarm system 3
Portable fire extinguishers were not installed 4

A fire pump room was added in the basement needs a fire alarm protection system. 1
The fire pump room must be added with fire rated door 2
The fire pump room was partitioned with gypsum board and must be fire-rated for 90 3
minutes.

‫السالمة حسب المخططات المعتمدة نتقدم لكم بزيارتنا األولى لمطابقة المالحظات ومراجعة الموقع وعمل التقرير النهائي‬
