Fitness Classes
We offer every morning group Fitness classes and usually Tuesday and Saturday yoga at
9 am. However every week the Itinerary is different and you will find the new one in
your suite at your arrival. The cost of the group fitness classes is $XXX plus tax and
service charge. For a private session de cost is $XX plus tax and service charge, an
additional person would represent $XXX plus tax and service charge additionally.

Group sessions do not require previous reservations, please check in 10 minutes before
the activity begins at Spa Reception. For private sessions, reservations prior to arrival
are necessary.

Transportation
Kindly allow me to take this opportunity to offer you our private round trip airport
transportation service, as I see that you have included your flight details. The SUV round
trip rate is $353.70 usd or $176.85sd per one way trip. Please do let us know with a

Traveling with children

Please let me know if you would like me to arrange anything in particular for the girl’s suite. Do they have
any preferences or allergies we might need to know about?

Babysitting Services
The hotel can assist you to arrange a babysitting service by booking 24 hours in
advance. The cost per hour is $20usd from 7am to 11:59pm, and $25usd per hour
from 12:00am to 6:59am. There is a travel fee for the nanny of $15usd when the
services finish after 9:59pm.
Our cancellation policy of 4 hours in advance to avoid the charge of 2 hours service.
Please note the minimum time of service is 2 hours and one nanny can take care of
up to 2 children.
For the festive days of December 24th, December 25th, December 31st and January
1st, there will be a special rate of $30usd per hour for the whole day.

Kid’s activities info

Regarding the additional information requested, please find enclosed a file with the most popular tours
and activities we recommend in the area.

Rosebuds Weekly Activities: Our Kid's club is open daily from 9am to 5pm as an included service for our
guests. It is not necessary to make reservations for the daily activities, these are all supervised by our
certified experts. The Rosebuds is available for children between 4 and 12 years old, and the little ones
must be potty trained.
Also, I am enclosing information to take as an example about the different activities at the kids club, they
might change.

Ecotour: This wonderful activity starts daily at 10am, where the children will enjoy a boat ride through the
lagoon of the Resort while our Biologist explains the flora and fauna of the Resort. This activity is exclusive
for children from 6 to 12 years, departing from our Rosebuds and supervised too by the girls from Kid's
Club.
There is a second Eco-Tour for the whole family departing daily from the Reception area at 11am. Both of
these activities are complimentary for our guests, and it is not necessary to make previous reservations.

Kid's Balloon Bubble Bath: Your butler will prepare a relaxing and warm bath for the children to enjoy a
moment while playing with colorful balloons. The cost is $50 usd and a minimum 4 hours’ notice in
advance would be necessary for it to be confirmed. It would take approximately an hour for your butler to
prepare this special experience.
Please, be so kind to let us know when would you like to arrange the bubble bath. If you
still do not know, at the moment of your check in you will be greeted by your Butler.
He/she will be more than glad to help you to organize it.

Allergies
Thank you for sharing with us the information about your food restrictions. I will gladly share this
information with the rest of the staff and our Chef will be cautious in the preparation of your dishes.

If bicycles requested
Regarding your request for bikes, please note these work on a first come first serve
basis. I will be happy to put a note in your reservation regarding your request, however,
please note bikes will be provided upon availability. You can check on your request with
the bellman team or your butler while you are in the resort.

Upgrade
As per your kind request of having an upgrade, this would depend very much on availability, so we would
only be able to confirm upon check in.

Early check in
As per your kind request of having an early check in this would depend very much on availability. The
Receptionist will confirm on your arrival if your suite is ready. At this moment, I have put a note in your
reservation and we will certainly do our best. But you can definitely start enjoying all the resort facilities
as soon as you arrive.

Late Check Out

As per your kind request of having a late check out this would depend very much on
availability. The Receptionist will confirm one night before departing if they can honor it.
At this moment, I have put a note in your reservation and we will certainly do our best.

Smoking room
Regarding your smoking room request we will be happy to put an ashtray on the terrace of your suite as
all of our suites are non-smoking.

Romantic dinners
  The beach is indeed the most popular location, set amidst candles and torches in
a romantic setting on the sandy beaches of the Mayan Riviera. The set up fee
cost is $300usd.
 The Island is located next to the Spa, so it is a very unique location where you
will be surrounded only by the lagoon. For this location the availability for dinner
would be after 8pm. The set up fee cost is $250usd.
 The deck located next to Agave Azul is our Tequila Library and Japanese
restaurant. It is set facing the lagoon and looks beautiful under the starlit night.
The set up fee cost is $200usd.
 The lagoon view spot, also facing the lagoon with a special setting among the
trees, provides a wonderful view if the reception area and Casa del Lago
restaurant. The set up fee cost is $150usd.
 The wine cellar located next to our main restaurant Casa del Lago provides a
more modern yet intimate setting. The set up fee cost is $150usd.
 In your own suite, with a two hour preparation, we can set the perfect
environment for your special dinner in the comfort of your own. The set up fee
cost is $150usd.
These set up fee costs are for a party of 2 to 4 persons and do not include tax, your
selection of menu and beverages would be additional too.

Please advise if you decide to continue with the reservation in order to make the proper arrangements. All
the details of the dinner must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your arrival

Restaurants
Casa del Lago is our main restaurant, which offers Italian Contemporary cuisine. It has a beautiful view of
the main pool and the lagoon and it is located close to the lobby area.
Agave Azul is our Tequila Library and Japanese restaurant, including a sushi menu. It is a casual restaurant
overlooking the lagoon, also set close to the lobby.
And last but not least, Punta Bonita is our jewel by the beach, with a Mexican Contemporary Cuisine
menu.

During PGA
Regarding golf arrangements, I would like to inform you we will be having our PGA tournament called the
OHL Classic here at Mayakoba on our golf course El Camaleon and as guests, you will have free access to
the tournament as spectators of this amazing event. It is the only PGA tournament outside the US and
Canada. It will be featured live on national tv's Golf Channel from the 1th through the 18th. For this, the
golf course will be closed from November 10 th through the 16th. Our Concierge team will be delighted to
send you a list of alternative golf courses where you can play and assist you with reservations.

Info Festives
Thank you for your interest in our Festivities program. This is not currently available, however we will
gladly send it to you once it is confirmed.

Dinner on NYE
Regarding your interest in scheduling a dinner on New Year's Eve, please find attached our Festivities
Program for your reference. As you will notice Agave Azul will be closed on the night of the 31st, since we
will have our special dinner at Casa del Lago and a party at the Palapa by the beach.

Airport and transportation Information

As per your kind request, please find below information from the nearest airport to the resort:

Cancun Airport International (CUN) is one of the busiest airports in the Caribbean averaging about
800,000 passengers per month in high season. It has all the facilities of a major international airport with
signs in various languages. There are two buildings, the MAIN terminal and the FBO terminal. The FBO
terminal is used mainly for chartered airlines/flights and private planes. Facilities and services at the MAIN
terminal include banks, duty free shops, convenience stores, beauty parlor, VIP lounges, business center,
food court, restaurants, bars, video arcade, tourist information booths, rest rooms, lockers, medical
services, vending machines, public phones, car rental agencies and money exchange stores. The FBO
terminal have more limited facilities than the MAIN terminal to include only the essential services.

Rosewood Mayakoba is situated 45 minutes from Cancun International Airport.

We provide private SUV transportation service from and to the airport. Their rate is $327.50USD round
trip or $164USD per one way trip, per vehicle. Usually each fits 5 people with luggage. In order to proceed
with any arrangements, I will need the following information: Number of passengers (Adults and
children), special requests such as carseats, date, time of arrival, airline and flight number.
