of "Operate by exception" means that the operator does
not have to continuously scan the operating state of the
plant. Rather an intelligent plant overview is provided,
utilizing the windowing capability of the SCADA system,
the operator's attention is drawn to areas of concern by
means of Alarm Windows.

As we all know, Operator/Controller training is essential to ensure safe and efficient operating of all plants. No company can
afford loss of limb or death to their most valuable asset ‘Staff’, Needless to say, loss of potential income due to waste or
damage to plant equipment.

Taking all real-time conditions (interlocks, sequences, parameters) and plant behavior in consideration, we can
provide you with a PC based training Simulator using ISA, 2D or actual 3D model with the control panel layout of your
process. Using this simulator the Operator/Controller will learn to identify potential problem areas reducing downtime and
become more confident with the process, this should lead to the more safe & efficient running of the plant.
