Dear Mayor Relampagos,

This is to inform you formally of my desire to avail of the early retirement program for
government employees effective on January 2020.

I am a regular employee under the City Engineer’s Office (CEO) designated as Aircon
Technician II (Administrative Assistant I) and has been working in the local government since
November of 1999. I am currently under my 17th year in public service and has been faithfully
serving the same until the present date.

I am availing of the early retirement program to focus on equally important things that I failed to
attend to by reason of my employment for several years. It has been a great pleasure working in
the Local Government Unit of Panabo and I consider the experiences that I had as one of the best
parts of my life’s journey.
