addition to the royalty of the minor minerals used in the project.

Sir,
In inviting a reference to the letter on the subject cited above, I am to
say that Additional Charges of Minor Mineral Sources are being fixed during the
tender of the sources. The bidder who quotes highest rate'of Additional
Charge in the tender he gets the lease and the price is fixed for Additional
Charge.
Additional Charges of all operational sources of this district is enclosed
herewith for necessary action.
Further, EMF @ 5o/o and DMF @ LOo/o of the Royalty and Additional
Charge are being realized from the bidders / lessees as per rules of Govt.

This is for information and necessary action.
