Introduction
This lesson focuses on sport and healthy, presenting key data in form of visual posters or images.
The lesson helps learners to enhance the learner to understand and to motivate them to live
healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives by embracing the benefits of physical activity, proper
nutrition, and overall wellness.
The lesson begins with introduction and discussion of importance the topic, this follow by visual
posters or image about benefits of sport and healthy. Learners have opportunity do exercise from
assessment activity. The lesson finishes with reflection and warm up activity.

STAGE INTRODUCTION
Introduction (10 minutes)  Begin with introduce the lesson objectives and explain
that students will be exploring different types of
physical activities.
 Discussion about the importance of physical fitness
and its connection to overall health.
Activity 1  Present information about various types of physical
(15 minutes) activities, such as aerobic exercises, strength training,
flexibility exercises, and sports.
 Encourage students to share examples of activities
they enjoy or are familiar with.
Activity 2  Discuss the specific benefits of participating in sports
(15 minutes) and regular exercise, including improved muscle
strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.
 Use real-life examples or success stories to motivate
students and highlight the positive impact of physical
activity.
Activity 3  Short the student into groups
(15 minutes)  Each Group undertaken short fitness assessment
activity where students measure aspects such as their
heart rate, flexibility, or endurance
 Have each group make a fitness plan
Wrap-Up and Reflection  Have each group share key elements of their fitness
(5 minutes) plans with the class.
 Ask students to reflect on what they’ve learned during
the lesson and how they plan to incorporate regular
physical activity into their daily lives.
 Summarize the importance of sports and exercise for
long-term health and well-being.
Optional Homework task  They make video of one the sport they like and
delivery the benefit of the sport.
