 Teofilo: Regarding evacuation plan in Cabay. MDRRMO Informed
that they have designated evacuation centers in Cabay. However
there needs to be a MOA between brgy officials and owners for
those designated centers.

o KALAHI
 Phase 3 implementation of the PMNP, a background on the phase 1 and 2
implementation
 May 30 (Kailangan tapos na)
 Phase 3 is LGU led. There is no more grant
 Not compulsory but LGUs are encouraged to participate in the
implementation
 So far, Mayor agreed
 MIP – Municipal Implementation Plan (must be made by the LGU)
 Must be in accordance with the BDP
 Other Matters
o April 3, earthquake and tsunami warning
