In pursuance of recommendations of DPC held on 27.12.2022 for promotion of

Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil) which has been re-designated as Assistant Executive
Engineer(C) after restructuring of OES Cadre of Minor Irrigation Organization to the post of
Executive Engineer (Civil) under Odisha Engineering Service (Methods of Recruitment &
Conditions of Service) Rules,2012 read with Odisha Engineering Service (Methods of Recruitment
& Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2021 and this Department Notification No.23132,
dtd.03.09.2022, the following 27 (Twenty Seven) Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil) who have
been re-designated as Assistant Executive Engineer(C) of Minor Irrigation Cadre under the
administrative control of this Department are hereby promoted to the rank of Executive Engineer
(Civil) corresponding to the pay in level-13 of Pay Matrix as specified in the First Schedule of
ORSP Rules, 2017 on adhoc basis for a period of one year or till receipt of the recommendation of
the OPSC or till their retirement whichever is earlier with usual DA and other allowances as
admissible from time to time w.e.f. the date of their joining in the promotional post of Executive
Engineer (Civil).

On promotion, they are posted in the places as mentioned against each below.
