The team behind the study chose the name "CRISP DELIGHT" for their
business, as it encapsulates the very essence of their brand. The name is a reflection of
the quality and experience that they aim to provide - a delightful crunch that leaves a
lasting impression. Their product isn't just about food; it's about creating an experience
that is both crispy and delightful. Every bite is designed to be a sensory delight,
satisfying the palate with its unique crispiness that customers will find hard to resist.

The researchers are not just focused on the product, but also on the overall
customer experience. They are dedicated to addressing customer concerns and

The proponents of the logo for "Crisps Delight" designed it in a way that provides
a snapshot of the business's identity. The logo's design elements and color palette are
carefully chosen to reflect the brand's persona and the nature of its business. Peach
and Gold are the primary colors used in the logo. Peach, often associated with warmth
and approachability, has been used to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
This color choice is particularly appealing for businesses in the beauty or wellness
sectors and is intended to make customers feel comfortable and at ease.

On the other hand, Gold is a color often associated with high quality and
richness. The use of Gold in the logo is meant to appeal to customers by conveying a

"Crisps Delight" has strategically chosen a prime location at Blk 13 Lot 22 SV8C
Baranggay San Isidro Rodriguez Rizal based on our research conducted by the
proponents. We discovered that the competition in the area was relatively low, with only
a few competitors such as milk tea shops, milkshake outlets, and sari-sari stores. This
favorable competitive landscape presents a promising opportunity for "Crisps Delight" to
establish itself as a unique and sought-after destination for crispy treats.

In addition to the advantageous competition scenario, the location was


specifically selected due to its close proximity to various schools. Being situated right in
front of these educational institutions, "Crisps Delight" is easily accessible to a large
number of students, who form a significant portion of their target customer base. This
strategic positioning near schools ensures convenience for the students, making it
convenient for them to indulge in the delightful crispy offerings of "Crisps Delight". The
research team concluded that this precise location would provide the business with a
competitive edge, considering the limited competition and the potential customer base
of students in the area.

2.6 Online Data Gathering (Questions)

To gather data from our target respondents, we utilized Google Forms as the
instrument for data collection. We opted for this method due to its ability to provide
accurate and efficient data in a timely manner. Through Google Forms, we were able to
ask pertinent questions about our products and services offered at Crisps Delight. The
responses obtained from the survey will aid us in making informed decisions and taking
necessary actions to foster the growth of our business. The survey comprised four key
questions, which are as follows:

1. Is the Crisps Delight idea okay?


2. Do you think the taste of our CRISPS DELIGHT are tastier with toppings and sauce?
3. Are you interested of the healthier of CRISPS DELIGHT option?
4. What sized do you prefer for CRISPS DELIGHT?

2.7 Survey of Customer Demand


Based on the data collected from the Google form, we have received a total of 50
responses from respondents within the age range of 18-25 years old. It is noteworthy
that the majority of the participants were college students who have a fondness for
innovative potato-based dishes.

Figure 1 illustrates the responses from the participants regarding the question, "Is
the CRISPS DELIGHT idea okay?" The chart indicates that an overwhelming majority of
96.1% of the respondents answered yes, while a small percentage of 3.9% answered
no.

Moving on to Figure 2, it presents the responses to the question, "Do you think
the taste of our CRISPS DELIGHT is tastier with toppings and sauce?" The chart
reveals that a significant majority of 94% of the participants answered yes, indicating a
preference for additional toppings and sauce, while a minority of 6% answered no.

Figure 3
showcases the responses to the question, "Are you interested in healthier CRISP
DELIGHT options?" The chart demonstrates that a considerable majority of 90.4% of
the respondents expressed their interest in healthier options, while a smaller percentage
of 9.6% answered no.

Lastly, Figure 4 exhibits the responses to the question, "What size do you prefer
for CRISPS DELIGHT?" The chart indicates that a majority of 71.2% of the participants
preferred the size described as "just right," while 17.3% answered that they preferred a
larger size, and 11.5% indicated a preference for a smaller size.

The four figures collectively present a comprehensive summary of the


respondents' opinions and preferences regarding the CRISPS DELIGHT concept. In
Figure 1, an overwhelming majority of 96.1% of the participants find the idea of CRISPS
DELIGHT acceptable, while only 3.9% have reservations. Figure 2 reveals that 94% of
the respondents believe that the taste of CRISPS DELIGHT is enhanced with toppings
and sauce, while 6% disagree. Figure 3 showcases the interest of 90.4% of the
participants in healthier CRISPS DELIGHT options, with 9.6% expressing no interest.
Lastly, Figure 4 provides insights into the size preferences, with 71.2% preferring a size
described as "just right," 17.3% favoring a larger size, and 11.5% opting for a smaller
size. Collectively, these figures highlight the positive reception of the CRISPS DELIGHT
concept, the preference for enhanced taste, interest in healthier options, and varied size
preferences among the respondents.
