 Job Description
Scrum Master
• Position: Full time • Location: Indore

We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our software development team. The
Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile software development methodologies and ensuring
the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Scrum,
experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, and a passion for creating a high-performing team culture.

What you'll do in this role: Required Skills:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum

planning, retrospectives, and other Agile
ceremonies.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and
practices.
• Remove any obstacles that impede the team’s
progress.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile
methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to planning, executing and tracking
multiple project schedules and scopes.
• Work with the product owner to prioritize and
manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the
team is delivering value to the business.
Master or similar role in a software development
environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies,
specifically Scrum.
• Good understanding of Software Architecture
and Data structure.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and
communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
