LEMON TEA RECIPE

1. Boil 4 cups (950 mL) of water and pour them into a heatproof pitcher. You can either
boil the water in the microwave or use a kettle on the stovetop.
2. Stir the sugar into the hot water until they’ve dissolved. Use 1 cup (200 grams) of
sugar. Stir the mixture with a long-handled spoon until you don’t see any more sugar
granules at the bottom of the pitcher.
3. Steep 10 black tea bags in the pitcher for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the tea bags and squeeze them out over the pitcher.
5. Juice 6 lemons into the pitcher and stir the tea.
6. Add 4 cups (950 mL) of ice and refrigerate the tea until it gets cool.
7. Garnish a glass with 1-2 slices of lemon, pour the tea, and enjoy!
