Write any four of the following (15 marks for each question)

Q 1. Draft a notice to be served by a landlord on his tenant,

terminating his tenancy and asking to vacate the lease premises

Q 2. An application under section 125 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of a

housewife for maintenance against her husband, who is an IPS
Officer in Mumbai, on the ground of having deserted her and
thrown out of the matrimonial home without any justifiable
cause.

Q.3. Ashish has agreed to sale his flat to Rohit for Rs. 50 lakhs,
Vishal has paid Rs. 30 lakhs as earnest money. The sale is to be
completed within three months from the date of agreement.
Draft an agreement to sale for the said house.

Q.4. Draft a bail application on behalf of the accused in the case

of 307, Indian Penal Code, in this case other co-accused has
already been released on bail by the court

Q.5.What are the fundamental rules of pleadings in respect of

drafting a plaint? How is ‘conveyancing’ different from
pleadings?

Q.6. Draft a will on behalf of father, in favour of his only son, in

respect of his only residential unit, with the clause that till his
wife (wife of the deed writer) is alive
