4. 14 year old boy right eye poor vision, presence of floaters, history of recent fights punched to
the right eye. Anterior segment eye normal, red reflex absent. Probable diagnosis?
A lens dislocate to vitreous

B traumatic optic neuropathy

C vitreous hemorrhage

5. 25 years old, painful blurring of right eye for 2 days, purulent discharge and is a contact lens
wearer. Ocular examination of right eye shows injected conjunctiva, central corneal opacity,
hypopyon in anterior chamber with clear vitreous. Left eye was normal.
Most likely diagnosis? Gudluck ;)
