4. 14 year old boy right eye poor vision, presence of floaters, history of recent fights punched to
the right eye. Anterior segment eye normal, red reflex absent. Probable diagnosis?
A lens dislocate to vitreous
C vitreous hemorrhage
5. 25 years old, painful blurring of right eye for 2 days, purulent discharge and is a contact lens
wearer. Ocular examination of right eye shows injected conjunctiva, central corneal opacity,
hypopyon in anterior chamber with clear vitreous. Left eye was normal.
Most likely diagnosis? Gudluck ;)

6. A 9 years old boy referred to screening team due to poor vision in the Left eye. Corrected
Visual Acquity on left eye was 6/60 (with pinhole 6/36) and 6/6 on the right eye. Refraction was
normal. No abnormality on anterior segment and fundus examination. Constant left exotropia
was noticed. Extraoccular motility was normal bilaterally.

Ocular movement limited on elevation
Conjunctival white
Anterior chamber and fundus normal both eyes
