**SUBJECT:** LEGAL NOTICE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF BALANCE OUTSTANDING

PAYMENT AGAINST TAX INVOICE NO. PG/1819/0160 DATED 10.07.2018.

**DEAR SIR/MADAM,**

I am writing on behalf of my client, ASKA EQUIPMENTS LTD, concerning the non-payment of the balance
amount of **Rs. 92,677/- (Rupees Ninety Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Seven only)** against the
supply of Portable Inflatable Emergency Lighting System with Inflatable Balloon, Make-Aska, Model - AIT
4500 General with All Accessories, 04 Numbers, duly referenced in Tax Invoice No. PG/1819/0160 Dated
10.07.2018.

That, under the contract established by PO#11175067172708 Dt 29.03.2018, my client successfully supplied the
material and completed all the performance and commissioning obligations as per the aforementioned Purchase
Order and Tax Invoice, alongside submitting the necessary documents, including a Product Commissioning
& Training Report and a Test Report, confirming the satisfaction of contractual obligations.

That, the warranty period mentioned in the contract expired on 23.07.2020, within which no claims have been
made against the performance or quality of the supplied goods.

That, despite my client's adherence to contractual obligations, an amount of **Rs. 92,677/-** remains unpaid by
your office, with reference to the withholding of this payment due to the alleged non-submission of a
Performance Bank Guarantee of an equivalent amount. It is noteworthy that this request for payment release has
been communicated through the Letter Reference Number S/11/17/5067 dated 13.03.2024 by Dy
CMM/M&D.

That, in light of these submissions, it is abundantly clear that my client has fulfilled all contractual obligations
and is legally entitled to the immediate release of the withheld payment.
**DEMAND:**

Therefore, I hereby demand, on behalf of ASKA EQUIPMENTS LTD, the release of the outstanding payment
of **Rs. 92,677/-** in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, within **15 days**
from the receipt of this notice. Failure to comply with this demand will compel us to initiate legal proceedings
against your office without further notice, under which circumstances, all applicable legal fees, interest, and
damages will also be claimed.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it necessitates.
