LIVER:
Liver is abnormal in size (17.35 cm), shape &
Homogenous parenchymal echotexture. 0.2%
Of focal SOL seen with no calcification.
IHBR are not dilated.

GALL BLADDER:
Gall bladder is physiologically distended with bile
having thick wall. Lumen is echo free. Pericholecystic
collection is seen in the form of 3-4 gallstones (Approx.).
No mass lesion is seen.

Portal Vein
Is not dilated, and measures = 0.69 cm. in diameter
at porta.

C.B.D.:
CBD is not dilated. Visualised lumen is echofree.
CBD measures 0.28 cm.

PANCREAS:
Pancreas is normal in size, shape & homogenous
parenchymal echotexture. No focal SOL or
calcification is seen. Main pancreatic duct is
not dilated. No peripancreatic collection is seen.

SPLEEN:
Spleen is normal in size, shape & homogenous
parenchymal echo-texture. No focal SOL or
calcification is seen. Splenic hilar vessels are within
normal limit. Spleen spans 8.39 cm.

KIDNEYS:
Both the kidneys are normal in size, shape &

 echo-texture. No focal SOL is seen.
No evidence of Calculus or hydronephrosis
seen in either of the kidney.
Right kidney measures 10.18 cm.
Left kidney measures 10.34 cm.

URETERS:
Both ureters are not dilated.

U. BLADDER:
Urinary bladder is adequately distended with urine
having regular wall. Lumen is echofree.
Post void RUV is insignificant.

PROSTATE:
Prostate is normal in size with regular wall defined
outline and homogenous parenchymal echotexture.
No calcification / SOL is seen. Prostatic urethra is not dilated.
No evidence of disproportionate enlargement of the median
lobe is seen.
It measures = 2.51 cm x 2.78 cm x 3.08 cm.
It weight = 11.24 gm.

RETROPERITONEUM:
No pre- or para-aortic lymphadenopathy is
identified. Aorta and IVC appear normal.

PERITONEAL CAVITY:
No free / localized fluid collection is seen in
peritoneal cavity.

IMPRESSION:
Obvious abnormality detected.
