A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVERSION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE

AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND FIFTY-SIX AND EIGHTEEN CENTAVOS (6,056.18).

WHEREAS, Chapter 1, Section 2, Of The Republic Act No. 10742, Otherwise known as the “Sangguniang Kabataan Reform
Act Of 2015” States that, the states recognize the vital role of the youth in nation-building and thus, promotes
and protects their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-being, inculcates in them patriotism,
nationalism, and other desirable values, and encourages their involvement in public and civic affairs;

WHEREAS, The programs, projects and activities for the past years were fully implemented except the
amount of six thousand fifty-six and eighteen centavos (6,056.18) hence considered capital outlay savings and
from continuing appropriations;

WHEREAS, The SK council of Poblacion District 1 finds that there is a lack of MOOE fund that were needed for the
implementation of PPA’S planned by the Sangguniang Kabataan;

WHEREAS, The said continuing appropriations will be reverted to the unappropriated surplus of the SK fund and will be
re-appropriated for the priority projects of the Sangguniang Kabataan.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Arjay R. Cantillo seconded by all the Sangguniang Kabataan Members present, it

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED TO APPROVED THE REVERSION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR CONTINUING

APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND FIFTY-SIX AND EIGHTEEN CENTAVOS (6,056.18).

RESOLVE FURTHER, THE COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION IS FURNISHED TO THE OFFICE OF THE LOCAL YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (LYDO), MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS OFFICER (DILG), AND OTHER
CONCERNED AGENCIES FOR THEIR INFORMATION.
