Papaya Chips
Ingredients required :

Papaya, Raw papaya has a very mild, almost bland, taste, but it is the medium through which
robust flavor ingredients take body and form. It picks up the hot, sour, sweet and salty
flavors, giving them a unique crisp and chewy texture unlike that of any other vegetable.

1 large papaya (786g)

for papaya chips:


 ▢4 cup water
 ▢½ tsp turmeric
 ▢1 tsp salt
 ▢2 cup raw papaya ()
 ▢¼ cup cornflour
 ▢½ tsp turmeric
 ▢1 tsp chilli powder
 ▢¼ tsp pepper powder
 ▢½ tsp salt
 ▢oil (for frying)
Procedure :

● Preheat the oven to 400.


● Place the chickpeas on paper towels.
● Gently rub them with your hands to release some of the skins.
● Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray or lined with
a silpat.
● Bake for 25 minutes, stir and continue cooking at 15 minute intervals until
golden brown. The darker they get, the crunchier they are.
● Remove the chickpeas from the oven and carefully pour them into a large
mixing bowl.
● Toss lightly with the olive oil.Sprinkle the ground jalapeno and the white
cheddar popcorn.
● Using a spoon, stir the chickpeas with the spices to combine. You do not want to
toss the peas with the spices unless you want to sneeze your head off.
● Return to the baking pan and place in the oven to allow them to dry.
● Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Popsicles

An ice pop is a liquid-based frozen snack on a stick. Unlike ice cream or sorbet, which are
whipped while freezing to prevent ice crystal formation, an ice pop is "quiescently" frozen—
frozen while at rest—and becomes a solid block of ice. The stick is used as a handle to hold
it.
Ingredients required :

● Candies

Candy, also called sweets or lollies, is a confection that features sugar as a principal
ingredient. The category, called sugar confectionery, encompasses any sweet confection,
including chocolate, chewing gum, and sugar candy.
● Water as per requirement

● Lime juice

● Sticks

● Cups
Procedure :
● Arrange different flavoured candies.
● Cover them in a polythene.
● Crush the candies to form a powder mixture.
● Take a pan and add water in it and then add lime juice in it.
● Now add the powdered candies.
● Heat the mixture on medium flame to get the desired consistency.
● Pour the mixture in cups or different shapes.
● Cover the cup with aluminium foil.
● Then make a hole in the cup and fit the stick.
● Keep the cup in the freezer for 1-2 hour.
● After a few hours take it out from the freezer remove the aluminium foil.
● Enjoy the delicious popsicles made with candies.
