In India Group Danone operates as Nutricia International Pvt Ltd, which specializes in nutrition with a portfolio of
products for pregnant mothers, infants, young children as well as adults. These products are manufactured in India
and sold nationally under recognized brands including Farex, Protinex, Dexolac and Nusobee.
Danone employs more than 1,000 people across India with over €75 million turnover. With the head office in
Mumbai, Danone has a factory located in Lalru, Punjab.
Job Summary
Implement the organization’s reward strategy and ensure its compensation and benefits outcomes meet
current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external
market position.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Implement the organization’s Compensation and Benefit programmes to meet Danone India’s
objective with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. Programmes/activities
include employee compensation, short-term and long-term incentive plans; employee benefits; share
plans; performance management process; salary revision process etc.
• Liaise with the Global Rewards team and country HR teams to ensure all global processes are deployed
effectively as per timeline.
• Responsible for driving and maintaining compensation data quality on sHaRe, working closely with HRBPs.
• Partner with business to review and maintain competitive compensation and benefit programs to attract,
retain and motivate employees
• Deploy and monitor the performance management process. Support HRBPs with appropriate
communication and materials for smooth deployment.
• Support the annual ASR & STI cycle by providing the guidelines, preparing the rewards merit-matrix,
templates for ASR and STI calculation.
• Work closely with payroll team to ensure all Rewards related inputs are advised in a timely and accurate
manner
MBA in HR from Tier 1 – 2019/2020/2021 batches (with at least 2-3 years in managing C&B for an MNC).
